The Bards of New Brighton
This friendly and supportive group for local
writers and poets meets on the second
Monday of every month at the Magazine Pub ('the
mags'),
7 Magazine Brow, New Brighton, Merseyside.
Whatever your taste in poetry....profound, punky
or preposterous....you'll find something at
The Bards.
Come and read out your poems or prose, or just
listen to others.
Our Meetings start at 8.00pm and will take place
on the following dates in 2009:

- Monday, 9th November
- Monday, 14th December

This brand new group is home to a mix
of poets and acoustic musicians.
Held on the 1st Monday of each month, at the
newly opened River View Pub, Chester Street,
Birkenhead, you can come along to read your
poetry, perform your music, or just relax and
listen. Their next meeting is on: Monday 7th of
December at 8pm.
